WasHub connects car owners with independent car wash and detailing providers. We may provide discovery, booking, communication, payment, waitlist, and vendor management features.

3. Bookings and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, location, and booking details. You agree to be available at the selected service location and to give the vendor reasonable access to complete the service.
WasHub or a vendor may cancel, reschedule, or reject a booking where details are incomplete, access is unsafe, payment fails, or the requested service cannot reasonably be performed.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are independent service providers. Vendors must provide accurate business information, maintain appropriate service standards, honor accepted bookings, and comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
WasHub may review, suspend, or remove a vendor account if the vendor provides misleading information, receives repeated service complaints, or misuses the platform.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By paying through WasHub, you authorize the applicable charge for the selected service, taxes, service fees, or other displayed charges.
Refunds, reversals, or service credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on vendor confirmation, service status, and payment provider timelines.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse WasHub, submit false information, harass users or vendors, interfere with platform security, copy platform content without permission, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
WasHub aims to provide a reliable marketplace experience, but services are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WasHub is not responsible for indirect losses, missed appointments, vendor actions outside the platform, or issues caused by inaccurate user-provided information.
